Introduction to eDiscovery
Learn the basics of eDiscovery, including how to plan for discovery, how to defensibly collect ESI, and how technology can be used to aid in the discovery process.
In this course, you will first receive an overview of electronically stored information (ESI), including different types of ESI and unique challenges associated with the collection and storage of ESI. From there, you will learn about planning for eDiscovery, including information on how to review documents prior to production. Lastly, the course will discuss different technologies that have been developed to ease the review process.
